Lisa C. Zaradich
Lisa C. Zaradich was born into a family of entrepreneurial business owners. After 15 years working in small business – everything from answering phones to preparing shipments to invoicing, collections, and accounts payable, to payroll and other HR functions – she headed to law school to begin a new career. Her experience practicing law has been solely in the areas of estate planning, business transactions, and tax.
During her law school years, Lisa clerked for a sole practitioner estate planning attorney, which piqued her interest in estate planning and the ability to help give her clients peace of mind. She then garnered experience through her 10 year career with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, being mentored by and working along-side some of the most experienced and accomplished attorneys in the practice of estate planning, business transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, and tax law. In 2018, her entrepreneurial spirit took over and she started Zaradich Law.
Lisa has long been a supporter of and participant in the nonprofit sector, including serving as a Girl Scout leader and advisor, volunteering in business leagues such as The Los Angeles Rubber Group Incorporated (TLARGI), and participating in the initial company and serving on the initial board of directors of The Chance Theater in Anaheim (www.chancetheater.com).
Lisa now focuses her practice on those areas of the law that suit her unique experience of growing up as a child of small business owners, running a small business, and advising individuals and small business owners and operators, especially nonprofit organizations.
